On 12-16-I received a survey on-line to evaluate [redacted] There was a few choices of gifts to choose from for doing the survey I selected a watch from Marlox Bukawatch that I had to pay $shipping on This charge appeared on my credit card statement for the December/January charges My statement for the following month had a charge for $from Marlox Buckawatch I called the company using the number on the credit card statement My records say I called them on 1/30/ Iwas told that I had signed up to receive watches I disputed the order The gentleman agreed to refund me $and to cancel any future charges I would have to pay 24.61for a watch that was in transit I agreed However, my current month's statement had another charge for $ Today I spoke with two ladies from Marlox and was told I could not get a refund because it was past the day refund period

The customer has received a refund for the amount for 73.80 was proceed as a refund on 1/31. The customer has made attempts to call our call center & have the issue resolved. I have contacted the merchant and the refund has indeed been sent. The customer ordered from our site and had agreed to...
