Marmalade Dentistry Reviews (%countItem)

I have a dental claim that is semi fraudulent and would like to report for Marmalade Dentistry - based on the detail below:

Before he went in, my husband David, called to make a teeth cleaning appointment with Marmalade Dentistry.
Over the phone, he was told that they are very thorough and would need to do the cleaning and exam in 2 appointments.
He told the attendant that he only wanted a cleaning - nothing else, and wanted one appointment.
This was agreed to over the phone.
Upon arriving, he immediately was given x-rays and an oral exam without an explanation of services or cost; a-side from the overbearing bed-side manner of the hygienist.
Midway through his appointment, she asked if he clenched his teeth at night and attempted to sway him into purchasing a bite guard and that they would need to schedule a 2nd appointment because it was going to take too long to finish.
Note; There were no other patients waiting as this was in the morning.

Short Breakdown:
1. He told them before he went in, he only wanted a cleaning.
2. No cost of services or any details were provided - the hygienist just said "this is our standard here"
3. She tried to set up a 2nd appointment to sell an extra bite guard and finish the cleaning that was agreed to be done in one appointment.
4. Marmalade Dentistry fraudulently billed for both cleaning appointments when only 1/2 was completed
5. David felt completely manipulated by this hygienist and canceled the 2nd appointment the next day

I went myself and was not happy with the service - we were simply going there because it is within walking distance..

Have resubmitted new insurance claim. Pt no showed to his second cleaning appointment and it was automatically sent to the insurance.
We have submitted a new claim and a refund to his insurance in the amount of $55.
We have sent an email to the patient and offered a settlement on the remaining bill to avoid a hassle at this very stressful time.
If you have any questions, please let me know

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: She is flat out lying, my husband cancelled the appointment the next day via email 10/23/2019, however, he deleted the few emails he traded because he thought that was the end of that transaction.

He did contact Google to see if the chain could be retrieved, however, they do not archive deleted items.

As we do not have proof of the conversation, there isn't much we can do, but I don't understand why - if she said he was a no show that she would drop the charges...

She also sent an email to him stating that is was a billing error... lie again.

We know there isn't much to be done - but we are standing firm on the fact that she is lying and wanted your company to know.

Detail is below.
