Proposal dated 12/22/2017; installation on 01/10/Proposal stated $for a chrome faucet, specifically,."a Delta two handle gooseneck type faucet in chrome finish with side sprayer" Contractor arrived at my home without any paperwork and a single handle faucet Thirty minutes later he returns with a two-handle faucet, but not a Delta faucet like the one he touted he could get at the plumbers' warehouse in Tucson Although he adjusted the $down by $45.00, I TRUSTED that he was replacing quality with like quality, and did not realize I had a faucet inferior to the Delta I requested Upon another purposed visit to my local Ace Hardware, I accidentally saw the identical faucet he installed, retail at $When I asked him to replace this faucet with a Delta as proposed in writing, he said it would cost me $more
