This is the worst property management company there is. The first week of moving in we had st coming up through our showers, called them about it they gave us the run around. Finally we had to resolve the issue ourselves by hiring our own plumber. It doesn't stop there, we had a roach infestation that we complained about that still hasn't been resolved. The machine and dryer broke almost every month, we went months without being able to do laundry. Now we moved out, and returned the unit cleaned and freshly painted they refuse to give us our security deposit!!!
After all the crap we had to deal with they decided to be unfair and unjust to maybe the best tenants they ever had!!!
God bless their next tenant, not even a stray dog I wouldn't recommend to live in their properties.

I have a mustiness issue in the condo I'm renting. This management company sent out a professional for a quote but then arranged for Sears to do a $99 special that did not solve the problem. I had emailed my contact the day prior concerned about the service but he never responded to me. As the service was being done I tried several times to reach him but no luck. Then Sears came to ME for the payment! $165 out of pocket for a low-quality job I didn't want. After 2 calls & emails I heard back from my contact by phone, who apologized and confirmed that I could deduct the $165 off of the next month's rent. He eventually arranged the proper cleaning of the ducts. Three months later, after my contact left the company, I'm being questioned as to why my rent was short in April. My new contact claims that there are no notes in my file and they never use Sears, so I'm required to pay for the service. "Sorry, I wasn't here then" is the excuse I'm getting, even after I produced the work order showing old contact's cell number and email address! The company owner won't return my calls, either. Horrible service. They are only looking out for themselves and the unit owners.
