When we were first contacted to do work for Mr*** it was at the behest of his representative at his insurance company, *** ***The insurance representative relayed that Mr*** was having a problem with a prior contractor due to the language barrier and the representative
requested that we assist himIt was explained at the very first meeting that our workload was already very hectic and fully booked of existing repairsWe could give no guarantee of when the work could be doneIt is possible that the miscommunication comes from the fact that we were working with Mr***’s property manager, again due to the language barrier, who also pressed us to take on this work despite our existing scheduleDespite that, when we agreed to do the work it was always with the stipulation that we would do it when our schedule allowed us to work it inAt this time, all repairs that we are contracted to do for Mr*** have been completedThere is no work still to be doneMr*** is welcome to contact our office if he has any questions or concerns regarding the work or this complaint
