I wish I had read the review about Belleza Jewelry before I placed an order with themLike so many others, they did not ship my order and could not refund my money Their only solution was to offer me a store credit to order more merchandise from them (that I probably wouldn't get)! I've reported the dispute to my bank and hopefully they will issue me a refund and they can continue the fight with Belleza to get the moneyIt's businesses like this that give on-line companies a bad name It is a hard lesson to learn (cost me $100) but consumers need to investigate any on-line business that they are not familiar with before ordering
I purchased many pieces of jewelry from this company before, but August 22, I purchased bracelets They immediately charged my credit card and said it would take business days It is now the 27th of Octand I still don't have the bracelets I contacted times to see where they were and I got no answers from themI told them to forget the order and reimburse me for the bracelets but heard nothingI have now taken this up with my credit card company to get my money back I will never purchase anything from them again
I placed a jewelry order for Xmas in the beginning of October. My card was charged when the order was placed. I received my merchandise the following March and the order was not correct - the "free" personalization (name engraved) on a necklace was not done.
I tried another order on April 25. Again card was immediately charged. I called on May 22 to check on order status. I was told the order was held up due to Memorial Day. Say what? "Peggy, We expect this to ship next week after the holiday.

On May 27 I was told "I'm sorry Peggy but we are also at the mercy of shipping".
I received this order June 9. It weighed only a few ounces and in a small padded envelope. Bottom line....Bellezza Jewelry takes your money, holds it 2 - 6 months, then ships your order, if your lucky.

I ordered a necklace on 11/30/14 for a Christmas present. I had to go out of town and didnt get back until after Christmas and it still had not arrived. I called on 12/30/14 asking about it and she told me it had been put in the mail that day. Then I receive an email on 1/19/15 at 9pm at night telling me it had just been shipped. I didnt realize that it would take 2months to get the merchandise and that I would be lied to about the shipping date. I will never order from Belleza Jewelry again.
