Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I finally spoke to Gabe three weeks after the incident.I thanked Gabe for offering to refund my ticketsI requested a chargeback two weeks after the incident because the business did not respond to my emails, voice mails or messages left with Angelica at the BusinessThe one time a manager did answer my phone call he promised to get back to me but never heard back from anyone.I had to keep calling and leaving messages in hopes to talk to a managerEventually when I did talk to Gabe he acknowledged that he has seen the chargeback and that’s why I was not receiving the refundI also asked Gabe in our previous conversation for the business’s property insurance to find out if I can be reimbursed for my ER visit My main concerns with this whole incident is that I have been harmed violently by two of the club bouncers during the concertThe way they treated me was overbearing and was not in proper response to anything I didSince I did not deserve to be treated in such way because I did not do anything wrong other than verbally ask to be touched or pushed by a bouncerEven though I tried to contact the business directly through email, voice mail and messages with the staff I never once to this day have received a call from managementAny communication between myself and management was done during my many phone call attempts (the managers are only there late at night on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), and though I understand that this is a NIGHT club and those are their business hours I still expect the managers to get back to customers who have been wrongfully harmed by club’s employeesThe fact that not once did a manager or anyone from the club tried to contact me (via phone or email) is ridiculous and bad business Gabe said that he forwarded my request for property insurance information to the proper people and that I will hear back from them, there was no time frame mentionedIn the meantime, I still have injuries from that night and an ER billIt concerns me that customers at a night club can be mistreated and injured and have no one to turn to for assistants In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This email is in regards to #*** *** ***We received a refund request but the costumer already put a chargeback in through his credit card companyWe would have no problem issuing a refund but cannot with the chargeback being processedWe always offer refunds to guests who did not
