Hello [redacted],
As per our conversation yesterday, I am following up with an email to provide our side of the story in reference to the above claim number. The customer [redacted]...

[redacted] placed an order for a prom dress for her daughter on or around February 2014. The price of the dress was $1,500. [redacted] did pay the full price of the dress. She later traveled to our store approximately 9 weeks ago with her daughter for a fitting. The daughter and mother loved the dress. Infact, we have a video on instagram of her and her daughter where the daughter stated " I LOVE MY DRESS".
We shipped the dress to the residence of [redacted]. [redacted] then expressed she did no longer liked or wanted the dress. Exercising sound business practices, I refunded $750 to her. Additionally, I communicated to her, I would refund the remaining balance once I received the dress. [redacted] claims she sent the dress back. Todate, I have not received the dress. Moreover, we were later informed that the daughter's father did not approve of the dress therefore, prohibiting her from wearing the dress thus, forcing her to recoup funds for the dress because she could not wear the dress.
Above is a total account for what took place. Please provide all updates pertaining to this matter via email.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the dress was shipped to Marquette's Collections via [redacted] as requested.  The merchant never availed himself to receive the package after 10 days so [redacted] shipped the dress back.  This is the [redacted] tracking number with all of the details [redacted].    When my daughter and I traveled to Philadelphia the dress was not finished yet I paid him in advance.  I have a picture of the dress she tried on April 17th and what Marquette sent the very day before my daughter's prom.  The entire back was cut out, and the sequins were not placed along the seams properly, pins were still in the dress, and their was a  pungent glue smell suggesting the sequined material had been glued on rather than sewed. It was my daughter who was devastated.  We had to purchase a new dress so that she could attend.  I paid $68 to ship the dress to his shop.  Mr. Marquette is merely giving us the run around.
Regards,

Review: I first contacted Tyron on Feb 20 about making a dress for my birthday party. We discussed when I needed it by and he said he would have it done before he went to London on March 28. ( I have the texts to confirm this conversation)

On February 25, After describing the dress I wanted, he told me to deposit 300 into a [redacted] account. I made the deposit the same day. The receipt and conversation is screen shotted and attached to this email.

On March 5 I emailed and texted that my friends had talked me into buying a short dress for the party. After numerous emails and phone calls I was told that he would take care of me and he asked for my receipt and [redacted] account number. nothing happened. After more phone calls he stated he would send my money through [redacted] so I gave him my email that is connected to my [redacted]. Nothing happened. I've called again since then and was told to email my receipt and someone would call me by the end of the business day. Nothing happened.

I then called and spoke with his store manager Andrea about my concern. After I sent her all of the correspondence proving my claim, she assured me that she'd handle it. She told me that since material was already purchased she would refund me 50% and personally see that I receive a dress of my choice with the value of the remaining $150. I sent her pictures of a skirt I wanted and she told me she would check with vendors. It has been over a month since I have head from her. I have continued to call and email. Still nothing. I have gotten the run around so many times I have lost count.

I have emails, pictures, and texts to prove Everything!Desired Settlement: Even though I was told I would receive $150 refund and a dress of $150, I definitely do not want to deal with this business. I would just like the $150 cash refund that was promised to me.

Review: On March 15 2014 I drove up to PA to meet with Tyron P[redacted] who is the owner and designer of Marquette Collection. I placed an order for a suit for myself and a blazer for my husband which was a total of 625.00. The suit was supposed to be delivered to me by May 24 In which I never received. I was promised a full refund if my outfits did not arrive by the date of which I have not yet received. I have made several attempts on contacting the business and have spoken with several different employees and still till this day they are giving me the run around. Im looking to take legal action against these crooks.Desired Settlement: I look forward to receiving a full refund as my desired outcome.

Review: I paid a $750 deposit via [redacted] in February 2014 to this merchant to make a prom dress for my daughter based on a picture she provided. On April 18, 2014 I traveled over 1,100 miles roundtrip, in addition to toll fees to find my daughter's prom dress not finished. I received a verbal commitment from the owner, [redacted] (Marquette), that my daughter's dress would be shipped [redacted] on April 28, 2014. My daughter's dress was not shipped until Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 5:24 p.m., narrowly missing the 2-day morning delivery. My daughter's prom was May 3, 2014, so there would be no time to get alterations, etc., if necessary. The merchant did not even have courtesy to send a picture of the dress before shipping. In fact, had my daughter and I not been constantly calling his shop, I question whether the dress would have ever arrived. When the dress arrived the day before her prom it was a disaster. I could actually smell glue where some of the sequins had been glued on the mesh material. Also, there were still stick pins in certain areas of the dress. I paid $1,500 for the dress before it was even finished.. The merchant reluctantly offered to refund my money. He sent the first half back after being provided the [redacted] tracking number indicating I returned the dress. He indicated via [redacted] that he'd send the other half once he received the prom dress. Well, I shipped the dress on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 3:19 p.m. , and as of Tuesday, May 13, 2014 this merchant has failed to avail himself to receive the [redacted] package I paid $58 to ship because I ensure the package up to $1,500. I filed a claim via [redacted] because that's this merchant's choice of payment, since he didn't have his shop set up to receive [redacted]/Debit card payments when we visited in April 2014. His excuse, "I'm just starting out." At any rate, this merchant has been giving me the roundaround regarding my other $750. That's until I filed a claim against him.Desired Settlement: I filed a claim via [redacted]. The merchant reimbursed me $750 (minus $27 in [redacted] fees), and put in writing where he would refund the remainder of my money ($750) once he received the prom dress. I provided [redacted] the [redacted] tracking number on Monday, May 5, 2014. As of Tuesday, May 13, 2014, the merchant has made no arrangements to pick up the package, or have it re-delivered. He has ignored my e-mail. He only responded when [redacted] sent him an e-mail regarding my claim.

Review: My Name is [redacted] I am a mother of three children, [redacted] 8, [redacted] 2 and [redacted] 20months. Late last year 2013 I entered my daughter [redacted] into a Beauty Pageant called [redacted] Beauty Pageant, just for a little girl fun. The first round for this competition was to compete against all the locals in [redacted]; this event was held at [redacted] Mall on February 15, 2014. It was a small crowd at the event and [redacted] was only competing against one other girl in her age group however [redacted] won and brought home, a crown, two trophies, four medals and her $250.00 fee paid to advance to the next level which was the state competition. My family and I traveled to [redacted], PA to enjoy and experience this event with [redacted]. This time the event was from May 31-June 1 a fun filled weekend. We met new friends, enjoyed the family friendly hotel and accommodations. [redacted] was now competing against 30 girls in her age category and she WON again! She was crowned Queen Miss [redacted] Pennsylvania. [redacted] brought home four small trophies, one three foot trophy titled " State Queen", three small crowns, one tall crown that holds some weight on it, a sash that reads her title as "Queen [redacted]", a stuffed animal, her picture on the front cover of the pageants book for next year and her $450.00 International fee paid to compete for Internationals the final round for the beauty Pageant Held in [redacted] Georgia July 31-Aug 3. All this excitement is so over whelming, I entered [redacted] into this competition just for fun and now she is winning titles and brining home crowns and trophies just under the age of two. My family and I were so excited on [redacted]'s victories we held a fundraiser by selling food platters for $10.00 all proceeds to go toward [redacted]'s next completion. We raised nearly $1,000.00 in one day from this fundraiser thanks to all of [redacted]'s supporters, family and friends, everyone is so excited and proud of her and cannot wait for her to compete for the international the grand prize is $10,000.00 savings bond. Ok now this is the big competition, I went on a hunt to find a really good seamstress being as though all of [redacted]'s other dresses where purchased offline I wanted this dress to be custom made and since we raised money for [redacted] I would use some of that to pay for her dress. I searched online to find a local seamstress, traveled down south St. on fabric lane to weigh my options. Since social media is the new mainstream for fashion I search on [redacted] and came across a Gentlemen by the name of Tyron P[redacted] the owner of Marquette Collections located [redacted] in the [redacted] section. I scrolled through his pics and seen no signs of unhappy customers. Of course I wouldn't since there are at least 60-200 comments on each picture and he has over 4,000 followers. Almost every comment was a comment of how talented Tyron is or how beautiful his pieces are, from the pictures that were posted Tyron is a very talented man is work is amazing. Yes I found someone to design my daughter’s pageant dress. Now the story begin, I emailed Tyron [email protected] on Jun 04,2014 asking if he was available to make my daughters pageant dress. Three days later on Jun 7,2014 a receive a response "ok sure send me a pic" I sent the pics of the dress I wanted made which where three attachments. "When do you need it" he replied. I said by July 25,2014. June 09,2014 I receive an email from the store Manager Andrea" we received the pictures. Please give us a call at ###-###-#### to schedule a consultation". I called the number on Jun 12,2014 spoke with Tyron the designer and owner and was quoted a price for the dress $350.00 and scheduled a consultation. I received a email confirmation on the same day which read:

Jennifer, thank you for your interest in wanting to do business with us. As per your conversation with the designer, the price to construct the dress is $350.

We have scheduled you for a consultation for Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 6:30pm.

Our address is [redacted], Pa [redacted] ###-###-####

I got off work picked my children up from my grandmother’s house located in north [redacted] and headed to [redacted], arrived at 6:15pm. Tyron was working with a client designing a baby shower dress for the soon to be mother. I believe they were related because they kept referring to others as family members such as "grand mom or aunt" instead of saying "my grandmother or my aunt". While in the store I was approached by the store Manager Andrea and asked what was the subject in my email that I sent the pictures from. I told her "beauty pageant dress" she scrolled through the emails and was able to locate the pictures I sent. Another assistant came over took my daughters measurements wrote them on a piece of paper and began to illustrate the design of my daughters dress. She asked a couple questions about the length and the colors, showed me the sketch and asked if this was good. I approved and initialed the paper, I then was asked about the deposit for the dress, I made a deposit of $150.00 and collected a receipt which I still have, I completed a form with my contact information, address full name and number. While leaving I was informed that I would be in touch for [redacted]'s next fitting. Well a month later no call, email no nothing. I called the number several times only to get one ring and a automatic message that says "the voice mail box is full please try your call again later". I emailed Tyron on July 13,2014 informing him that I have a new number. No response, called no answer cannot leave a voice message. July 21,2014 I emailed Tyron " Good Morning Do you have a time that I can pick up the pageant dress this Friday July 25,2014? No response via phone call or email. July 25,2014 I rush to my grandmother’s house in north [redacted], pick my children up drive to [redacted] a 30 min ride on a Friday afternoon rush hour and arrive at Marquette Collection Boutique at 5:50pm ITS CLOSED! lights off no one in sight. I do not have a cell phone so I go home and call the number no answer cannot leave a voice message emailed no response. Get this I go onto [redacted] and DM Tyron a with a pic of the dress and my comment read " Hello I was scheduled to pick up my daughter dress today but the store was closed. I called the number numerous times but it keeps going to voice mail and its full. I left an email with my number and asked when can I pick it up but no one has responded to me, Can you call me ###-###-####. Thank you". I receive a response from Tyron within the hour "Hellos sorry I will call you in the am". My response "ok thank you". 12:30pm the next day, no response no phone call no email from Tryon. I called no answer so I went back on [redacted] since that was the only way I received a response from him and sent him another message " Good Afternoon, Do you have a time that I can pick up the dress? No response sent another message on [redacted] "Good Afternoon can you please contact me. my daughter pageant is this Wednesday and we leave Tuesday can you let me know when I can pick up the dress? ###-###-####". I receive a response a hour later from Tyron on [redacted] "Hey can you come Monday?" "Yes what time I get off work at 5" "ok 6 is good". Monday July 28,2014 I get off work pick my children up from my grandmother house head over to [redacted], STORE CLOSED!!. Now I’m in panic my heart is racing my mind is going crazy I’m so upset and began to cry while driving home but I had to quickly remove the tears away from my face, my children are in the car with me and I have to stay focus while driving. Still in my head I believe there must be a good outcome to this I keep a positive attitude, I’m a good person at heart and treat everyone with respect and compassion. I get home and check my voice messages I have one voice message from Tyron at 4:30pm " Hi [redacted] I have been trying to call you I texted you, my flight got delayed I will be leaving in a hour call me ASAP so we can set up arrangements so you can get your dress". I now have access to internet and check my [redacted] and I received four responses on [redacted] from Tyron stating that he texted my phone and he need my number it’s important. An email from Tyron" I been trying to reach you for a hour". I called his number cannot get through I emailed and [redacted] messaged him informing him that the number I provided him is not a cell phone it’s a house phone which cannot receive text messages and also I went past the shop as scheduled and it was closed. Tyron respond " all man I dm and txt u my flight was delays, I leave in hour and soon as I land I can bring it to u , is that num ur house phone ? I replied yes along with my home address with my cross block. These exchanges were made on July 28,2014 between 6:30-7pm. I stayed up all night could not study for my medical terminology test that was due the next day, checked my emails made sure I was near the phone, no nothing. I sent Tryon an email at 11:00pm asking him if he had landed, no response and his phone is off. I woke up every hour on the hour that night, I slept on my couch to stay downstairs with my house phone only to wake up again at 6:30 to get my children ready to so I can take them to my grandmother house and head to work. I got to work at 8:30am and called Tryon no answer, I sent an email "Hi Tyron, will you be able to bring the dress, I leave today. You can bring it pass my mom's house because I will not be home. She live in [redacted]. Can you please let me know I do not have a backup dress for my daughter". No response I called the number at 12:10 and guess what? I got a answer it was Tyron who answered the phone. I was now relieved that I was able to get through and actually speak with him over the phone, yes now I don’t have to worry I can get an answer directly from his mouth. Good Morning Tyron this is [redacted] for the beauty pageant dress I wanted to know when will you be bringing it? Tryon responded in a groggy voice " Hi im just waking up I had a late flight can you shoot me a text with an address". I don’t have a cell phone can I email it? Yes he replied. I sent Tyron an email with my mother's address at 12:13pm. I called my mom and told her to listen out because the dress is on its way, my mom said she will wait downstairs until it come and will call me once it arrives. All day long I’m at work waiting for my phone to ring and it is my mother on the other line telling me that my daughters dress came and all my worries are gone. As time went by while im at work im getting depressed, and im feeling sad left with no hope that Tyron took my daughters dress to my mother's house. It's now time for me to get off work 5:00pm, still with a positive mindset im thinking ok maybe my mom forgot to call me but in the back of my mind I know she would have called me because this is something you just don’t forget to do. Take the train ride to my mother's house only to have my feelings crushed with the words " he did not bring the dress". My heart just melted I could not believe that I was taken advantage of with no remorse or consideration for my feelings, my money, my flight, hotel reservations the competition just nothing. I called Tryon phone of course no answer, emailed him no response, went on [redacted] sent a message no response and still have not heard from him since. I am so lost for words I cannot even begin to explain how I am feeling. This experience has been horrible I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. Not even given the courtesy to inform me that he would not be able to provide me with his assistance no nothing. I planned for this day for months, I brought accessories to match the colors of the dress Tyron was making, I spent money on sequin shoes, lace socks hair bows and jewelry. This was supposed to be one of the best days of my life to experience this type of competition for the very first time of my life and now I’m emotionally drained. However I still remain positive for my daughter. She now have to wear a the same dress she wore at the very first competition when she was 13 months old now at 20 months old she did not grow too much she is still able to fit it. I’m truly stressed out and depressed about this situation, Tyron was so unprofessional and selfless that he did not even consider my situation. Tyron posted pictures of him and the Singer [redacted] the night that his flight was supposed to have gotten delayed. Another picture Monday night with him and a gentlemen that read " tonight in NYC" telling me that he was headed to [redacted] the time he stated he was. Once I got myself together I expressed my experience on my [redacted] page and immediately responses came in stating that I was not the only customer Tyron had taken money from and never made their clothes. One person stated that allegedly his store windows were busted out due to his actions. I went back on Tyron's [redacted] page and started to read more comments left on his pictures and some where threatening to him, one was a friend of a bride that had not received her bridesmaid gown and the bride herself had not received her wedding dress days before the wedding. I am so distraught about this situation and hurt because Tyron need to be exposed for his unprofessional actions. I will be filing charges against Tyron in small claims court once I get back to [redacted] on August 4th. I have every email, [redacted] message, voice message and my deposit receipt. Its not even about the money or the dress at this point because I am content with knowing I will never get it. Now its about morals, respect and compassion toward others. I want every news station and every radio station to know about Tyron. Please spread the word so that no one else gets disappointed on such a major day as this will be for my daughter and I. My daughter did not win the beauty pageant she had on the dress that she wore for her first competition in feburary when she was 15 months old which someone else wore at this pageant. I will be filing a lawsuit against Tyron because he had no consideration for this specific customer and I say specific because he is now Instagraming photo's of other customers whom dress he made, come to find out it was a close friend of his. I guess because I am not in his "circle of friends or a Celebrity" I was not worthy enough to get my daughters dress let alone consideration.Desired Settlement: I would like for Tyron P[redacted] to provide me a refund for my deposit $150.00 along with pain and suffering 1,000.00 for not giving me any type of consideration regarding this whole ordeal. I paid $800.00 in airfair $374.00 for the hotel, $250.00 to enter my daughter into the pageant, waisted gas twice traveling to his boutique and it was closed. Did not get any sleep due to the fact I stayed up all night on Monday waiting for Tyron to bring me the dress as promised only to find out he was a a [redacted] concert in New York on 07/28/14 according to the picture posted on his [redacted].
