Guest was booked in 1 of our Presidential suites. Guest expected the Presidential suite pictured on our website. Unfortunately that particular suite was not available and were checked into the Foshay Suite, which is our other Presidential....
Guest were upset and were allowed to check out without any penalties of course. I spoke with Mr. [redacted], apologized, explained room types we offered and as service resolution offered a complimentary one night stay in either of our Presidential suites. Mr. [redacted] was going to speak to his wife and call me back, I never heard back from the guest.

Hotel GM Todd [redacted] is going to contact guest and offer resolution.
Wanted to update case as of today, but will update further in the next 24-48 hours as Mr. [redacted] contacts guest.
