In my daily grind I deal with pleanty of Medical Device Companies and Depot Technicians. GE is by far the worst for wasting customer time. You have a problem with a device and you can't get the part or repair from anyone but GE. You call and end up on hold over 45 minutes at times since they don't answer calls. You figure a company like GE could afford to hire more agents to resolve this issue. This is a horrible waste of company time and a terrible example of a company who could care less. Personally I expect more from a multi billion dollar company, government contractor , and innovator. Customers pay the bills so GE should treat them better. When I attended class this issue came up above all others and you would expect GE to sit up and take notice. NO TECH REPAIRING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT HAS THE TIME TO SIT ON HOLD OVER 45 MINUTES FOR GE TO FINNALY PICK UP THE CALL.
