Ms* *** called the office and inquired about the SWAT team incident that happened with both the resident in apartment and the police in May The resident did not inquire about the issue until JulyWe informed the Ms* *** we were unaware of the incident and we would follow up
with police department and the resident in We reached out to the resident in via email and phone calls and had no success in getting a responseUnfortunately, the police department would not release any information regarding a pending investigation As far as the neighbor upstairs from this resident, the office has spoken with them on the phone and in person It was explained that it is important to be mindful of your neighbors on both occasionsThey informed us they do not allow their dog to run around the apartment and have since stopped wearing shoes in the apartment to minimize noise The leasing office has tried several times to accommodate this Ms* *** They were offered to transfer to a different unit but she was not able to get us a response and the apartment was leased This resident was also offered to break her lease contract without penalty and a day notice to vacate (standard is day NTV)Regarding Ms* ***'s car, the office gave her a free carport in which she gladly acceptedWhen anyone was in contact with Ms* *** we were compassionate and accommodating to her needs. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------...⇄ you,***
