Complaint[redacted] sold me > 100,000$ of systems/service (just our blinds were over 40k)and not once has the entire service worked since inception 4 years ago. Indeed, the blinds, which have been repeatedly "repaired", were left unattended for so long that the blind material is ruined. He sold a product called "[redacted]" of which he is a distributor, but not a competent installer ([redacted]) and his company certainly isn't approved to fix anything that goes wrong with **(which he failed to tell me before selling this, and since it didn't work, I was stuck with a home system that not only didn't work, but was actually a hazard ([redacted]). [redacted]). 40k blinds that don't work, two sets of outdoor speakers which have never worked, two thermostats that don't work, a 14 foot projector screen that doesn't work right, a 55 inch t.v. that doesn't work at all - all of it hooked up with a 'ratsnest' of wiring, none of it labelled ([redacted]), software that isn't appropriately installed, a stack of electronics installed [redacted] in a pool mechanical room ([redacted] Indeed, after years of complaining, he called the [redacted] company directly who sent their top people to assess my place whom agree the work done was incompetent and gave a list of things that had to be corrected, including moving the electronics to a cold part of the home - after a year virtually none of this was done. This summer, after threatening litigation with them ([redacted]), again he had the same leaders in the C4 company come up and again, they gave a list of things that were required to make this system work. Again, [redacted] wanted to try to fix the system in a way that was impossible to work. So after spending well over 100K on a system that virtually doesn't work at all, and having given [redacted] 4 years to fix their mistakes which they either couldn't or wouldn't, I've had to fire them, and try to find another company whom will have to come up, rip apart the entire system that Marquis has set up, and start from scratch.Desired SettlementI expect no less than $50,000. I bought a car starter which I never got. tried ruturning it several times over a month period [redacted]. charged me %20 restock[redacted].I was never told that there would be a restock fee. I never signed the terms and conditions either. [redacted] the total bill was $715.00 they kept $143. I never ever had the product in my possession [redacted] Desired Settlementi want the $143 that was not returned to me.Business Response 1- we sold servicies October 14 th and made accommodations to have product installed for customer on a Sunday October 19 th we had installers in working over time. The customer did not have required 2nd key to perform installation properly as per the manufactures installation guidelines and the Garage Keepers act.2-customer had 2 nd key cut October 20 th and made a second appointment for November 22nd 3-customer needed money for travel expenses to go to and from work so we gave $210 to his girlfriend on November 12 to help out.4-customer show up on Saturday [redacted] demanded that [redacted] our owner manager come down on his day off and give him his money back. [redacted] came in on his earned day off and gave customer additional $352 back total of $572 held back $130 for rescheduled services we incurred which is less then our restocking fee of 25%. Many other attempts were made to satisfy and accommodate this customer .We stand by our position.[redacted]

I bought an amp and they are not refunding me my purchase even though box was not opened and packaging is still on.I had purchased and amp for my vehicle on January 9/15 and was unaware that it was not the one that I needed so I went back to Marquis Audio limited to return it on Jan 12/15 and he advised I can only receive an in store credit. The box that the amp was in was never opened and packaging was all still nor the amp. He advised that it is their policy to only do in store credits. That policy was not on the receipt, no signs in the store stating that and he advised it was on the web site which I could not find either. It does not say anywhere that they do not give your cash back. [redacted]. I do still have the amp and receipt for it and just want me refund back.Desired SettlementI am seeking my refund for the product that I bought [redacted]
