Adelman always honors customer requests to be placed on the no call list and will do so with Mrs*** We are registered and do maintain a no call list However, I am not understanding the complaint Mrs [redacted] is a current customer of Adelman and the purpose of the call was to follow up with the cleaning last year A quick scan of our caller ID logs shows that the listed number called our company no less than times last year and was the primary contact number for the order I did remove the calling number from our database and do hope the cleaning turned out well Sorry for any inconvenience regarding this matter
[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in some respects I did go back and we figured out I did initiate a call for property we own (not for my own home) for services over a year ago which I did not recall at the time they called and filed the complaint However, I find it strange they are calling a year later to ask about my services which (in my opinion) is a reason to call for more services I am on the do not call list and I don't wish to have calls from any vendor whether I initiated or not I did not recall initiating the request for services and I reserve the right to reach out when I chose to but I do understand the law gives companies the window to call us (when we initiate a call to them) I don't agree with that and I wish Adelman would honor my request to opt out of future calls As a side note, I did not call up to times Once to get bids and once to schedule As a side note, they did a great job but I receive 4-calls a day of spam, fraudulent and phishing calls a day on my personal number and my work/mobile number To be blunt, I just don't want calls because one cannot be confident it isn't a spam/fraudulent call Due to the volume I get of unwanted calls, I hope Adelman can understand why I don't want the calls, nothing against their services Regards, Heather ***
