It was my worst day ever at this place This place should improve its staff services, or it won't be in business for any longerMarquis set me up exams on the same appointment, x-ray, ct scan, and ultra sound I signed in at 8:AM, and checked out at 12:PM but I couldn't get the ultra sound done, and had to reschedule it The staff is terrible on planning, and organizing the exams schedule First they called me in around 9:AM for X-ray which was done quick and easy in less than minutes Then I was asked to drink contrast fluid bottles, minutes interval for each bottle for the CT scan exam I asked the technician if it will be more efficient to have the ultra sound exam during my waiting for the CT Scan because she told me the ultrasound should take less than minutes The technician told me that I had to wait minutes to drink the second bottle After I finished my second bottle, the ultrasound technician came to get me for the exam, but the other technician refused, and said I need to be ready for the CT Scan These technicians didn't seem to communicate well to each other After the CT Scan was done I was asked to reschedule my ultra sound exam with the front desk because I already missed my ultra sound appointment The front desk staff tried to talk to the ultra sound technician , and told me that I could wait another minutes and she would call me in Another minutes came by, I had to remind them about my exam, and the front desk apologized that I had to reschedule my exam because the technician said I already lost my appointment spot Very bad communications, and poor planning among the staffs, and I wasted hours in the morning because of this place

This incorrect information lead us to believe your insurance would cover you in full for the exam; therefore, we did not inform you of anything due at the time of service, nor did we have reason to believe you would receive a future billWe did re-verify with your Insurance company and were correctly informed this time of a deductible on your policy that needs to be met first before the insurance will begin picking up any portion dueThe $is the amount due for the exam which is applied toward your deductible; however,as stated above we will adjust that amount due from you to be $312.20.Thank you,Marquis Diagnostic Imaging

Marquis set me up 3 exams on the same appointment, x-ray, ct scan, and ultra sound. I signed in at 8:20 AM, and checked out at 12:40 PM but I couldn't get the ultra sound done, and had to reschedule it. The staff is terrible on planning, and organizing the exams schedule. First they called me in around 9:10 AM for X-ray which was done quick and easy in less than 30 minutes. Then I was asked to drink 2 contrast fluid bottles, 30 minutes interval for each bottle for the CT scan exam. I asked the technician if it will be more efficient to have the ultra sound exam during my waiting for the CT Scan because she told me the ultrasound should take less than 25 minutes. The technician told me that I had to wait 30 minutes to drink the second bottle. After I finished my second bottle, the ultrasound technician came to get me for the exam, but the other technician refused, and said I need to be ready for the CT Scan. These 2 technicians didn't seem to communicate well to each other. After the CT Scan was done I was asked to reschedule my ultra sound exam with the front desk because I already missed my ultra sound appointment. The front desk staff tried to talk to the ultra sound technician , and told me that I could wait another 30 minutes and she would call me in. Another 40 minutes came by, I had to remind them about my exam, and the front desk apologized that I had to reschedule my exam because the technician said I already lost my appointment spot. Very bad communications, and poor planning among the staffs, and I wasted 4 hours in the morning because of this place.
