was the agent who rented us a house at *** We were with Section 8 at the moment ROlon signed a different contract with SEction 8 a copy was never given/shown to us. The head of The Housing of the City of EL PAso asked him point blank if he had given us a copy of the new contract ROlon answered No. The manager at HACEP asked ROlon if he was going to pay the bills as the lease stated, unfortunately we had been paying rent and bills when ROlon was receiving checks to pay the bills. He deceived us Section 8 he wrote me a letter where he wrote he would give us our 12,000.00 in deposit. It has been a year I've tried to get a hold of him through his work email through his employer Marquis Realty. Since we moved out three people have moved in and I need my deposit. Please help ou A professional Realtor should not take advantage of it's customers. Thank you

Desired Outcome

Delivery I would want him to honor his letter and return our 1200.00 deposit. He should do the right thing and abide by the law.

To whom it may concern:

I am *** Realtor Former Owner of Property *** XXXXX.
I rented this property to Mr. *** and Ms *** on *** XX XXXX.
They Use Section 8 to Pay for Rent. We started at 1295 with utilities included. Then I got a call from Section 8 that the rent was to high at 1295. They were only going to Pay 1185. They wanted me to pay utilities, I told then no at 1185.00 no utilities . So Tenant start the utilities on her name and they move in.
Ms *** went to Section 8 because Mr. left her and kids and she went to get some help for utilities at section 8 and that when they though that I was paying the utilities. Sections 8 ask me if I could pay for utilities and I told them not at 1185. Section 8 cancel the contract and they didn't pay for the month of November 1st 2017. The Last Payment from Section 8 was October 1st and The ***'s didn't pay for their portion for November. They move out December X XXXX. At This Time the owe me the Month of November.
They Left Property open and unsecure dirty inside out, left trash with a mattress. There 4 dogs destroyed the back yard, sprinkler head, molding. Broke side of landscaping. The *** didn't pay for pet deposit. I call them many times and didn't answer.
The *** default on contract the following:
Paragraphs 10 D Landlord may deduct reasonable charges from security deposit for (a) damage to property (b) Costs for which tenant is responsible to clean, deodorize, exterminate, and maintain the property.( F ) unpaid pet charges (g) replace unreturned keys, garage door openers.(j) missing or burned out light bulbs and fluorescent tubes.
13 Parking Rules Tenant's may not park or permit any person to park any vehicles in the yard.
16 Personal Property Left after Move Out reimburse Landlord all Landlord's reasonable cost under Paragraph 16C(1) for packing removing, storing , selling the personal property left in the property after surrender or abandonment. Tenant must:

A. Tenant's General Responsibilities
B. Yard Maintenance.
27. ( 4) Tenant will be liable for ( See Attachment )
(a) any lost rent
(b) Landlord cost of relenting the property including but not limited to lease fee, advertising fees utility charges and other fees reasonably necessary to relent the Property;
(c) Repairs to the property for use beyond normal wear and tear.

Total Cost Spent on Repairs was $840.00 that came out home deposits of $1200.00.
Section 8 didn't pay for the month of November 2017, the amount of $510.00
Total Due To me $825 .00 by Mr. And Ms ***
