needed in the parking lot. Unforeseen delays in the approval process have contributed to a longer time line than initially anticipated. I assured the resident that we are working toward a most efficient resolution with our contractors with approval with the city. We recognize this is an inconvenience and frustration to parking and the beautification of the community. We also discussed the parking options available to the resident in order to alleviate the parking frustration during the time of construction at no financial cost to the resident. Per our records the resident has not communicated with the office or placed a written work order in regards to any damages to walls or ceiling of the resident’s apartment home as mentioned. At the time of the leak from the upstairs neighbors washing machine, water was extracted from their apartment, treated for water damage, and dried out over the course of a couple of days. We will reach out to the resident to coordinate a time to inspect the resident's home for any current concerns they may have. Additionally, we are re-evaluating the resident current renewal offers based on market rates and have agreed to respond to the resident in a timely manner. It is our goal to provide an excellent living experience and we believe we can work through many of the stated concerns with the resident. Thank You.
