This client ordered a made to order bra. After we already cut and sewed the bra for her, she decided she did not want it, and made to order bras are not refundable unless after you receive it ,if for some reason it is faulty. If she recieved the bra and was not happy with the bra or the fit we could...

gladly exchange it,  but she refused to accept the bra after it was already cut and sewed for her and asked us not to ship it. We do not make bras for people for free. If she canceled within a fair enough time window, that would be ok, but she canceled after two weeks, and at the point the bra was already made for her. We asked her again if we could ship it , and she said yes, but then when we called her on the phone she insisted she wanted her money back and so we are not sure how to handle this customer.

Yes, We wrote this e-mail because the customer told us she would report us to the Revdex.com after we already said we already cut and sewed the bra for her. She sort of intimidated us into agreeing for a refund when we do not refund custom cut and sewn bras after they are made. What we do allow is an exchange if the bra does not fit, for another size or any adjustment needed, but we do not refund pieces that are cut and sewn to order. Again, the customer sort of bullied us into to agreeing to a refund, because it seems as though she changed her mind about the expense, and if she did so right away it would have been fine, but we already made the bra. And now, since she reported it anyway, we no longer feel that we want to make an exception to our rule and on principle it is not very fair to ask a company to cut and sew something to order and then renege on the order after it was already made for her. Again it states this fact on the product page of the bandana bra she ordered. once again copied and pasted in a previous response to this complaint. We will not be issuing a refund.

They promised twice both via email as well as verbally to send me my money back and I never received it, therefore they have lied to me twice in two months.  I have dozens of emails reflecting this as proof.
The return policy was altered on their web page after I cancelled my order. I cancelled it because I still did not receive it after waiting weeks for it. I have numerous emails from them promising a full refund. This was not a made to order item, jus a regular item on their website.  They are now claiming it was a special order item so they do not have to refund me.  This is the worst business I have EVER dealt with.
I will be filing a report with my CC company ASAP.
