In reference to Ms ***'s statement that we use the name [redacted] "to capture people attention." Well THAT IS the legal name of our company " [redacted] Modeling and Career Center." We have been licensed with the state of Michigan for nearly years Our refund policy is approved by the State of Michigan and it clearly states that you must deliver a letter in person or certified mail to notify the company of your withdrawal Which Mr [redacted] did and we started the refund process It also states that the refund process may take days Ms [redacted] can expect her refund by the end of September 2016We have taken pride in our good reputation and we have always served our customers in an ethical and professional manner We do not charge "to become a model" our fees are for tuition Our company is not a "rip off" we are insulted by that remark
