Marr Paving Inc

Review: We had a new driveway installed by Marr paving on 8/5/11. After approximately 18 months we noticed some cracks appearing. We called, and upon inspection by the company they put some caulking on the cracks, and wanted to wait and come back to see how it worked after several weeks. They never returned and we still have cracks in the driveway. It has also lost its coloring. (it is a streetprint driveway done in a brick red color). We have tried for one year on many repeated attempts to contact Marr paving. Recently we have called several times in the last month and we still have not heard back from them. We would really like to have our driveway repaired as it is still under warranty. The warranty would expire on Aug 5,2014. The driveway cost $8685 to have installed and I am very unhappy that in such a short time we have had problems and the company is not abiding by their warranty or returning any phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the driveway repaired and an extension of the warranty since it has not been honored upon onset of the problem. If they are unable to fix or repair the problem I would like them to pay for a company that can fix it.
