Review: I ordered flowers delivered to my wife's business. They were not delivered in a timely fashion. I phoned the florist and cancelled the order. The customer service rep, who said she was the Office Manager, was very rude and impolite. She said they had no way to contact their driver. However, the driver carries a cell phone and could have been reached. I asked for a refund and she said no. If I wanted a refund I had to wait until the flowers were delivered and return them to the store the next day. The flowers were delivered just before my wife left the office and she brought them home with her. I returned the flowers the next morning when the florist opened its doors for business. The Office Manager was rude and offensive to me and said she would have to charge me for the delivery since they were in fact delivered. This is ridiculous. When I phoned them, I asked they not be delivered. The Office Manager said I had to have them delivered in order to return them and now claim they must charge the delivery fee anyway. I feel this was a trick to get some money from me. They have their vase and flowers which can be used for another bouquet. They could have phoned their deliveryman to have HIM return the flowers. I also specifically requested NO VASE. The owner was also rude and stated I must pay the delivery fee. Again, I feel the delivery was a trick in order to get some money from me.Desired Settlement: I want the florist to refund the remaining delivery charge from my debit card purchase. I feel I should not have been charged anything since I had cancelled the order before it was delivered.
