Review: I did a reservation at Super 8 hotel in Madison WI from my May 28th to May 30th.On the 29th, after arriving for our last night, I found a cockroach on my bed.On the 30th, by the time of check out, I complaint about the cockroach with front desk receptionist and I left my phone number because I wanted to let the manager know about it. Management never contacted me. I called then on Tuesday, June 2nd, and receptionist said have no idea when the manager would be there this week.Also, I requested a print receipt and they said it would be sent by email. I never received it.Desired Settlement: When I choose a hotel I expect to find a clean environment instead cockroaches in the rooms. For this reason and for haven't been contacted by the management I would like to be refunded or have a billing adjustment on my credit card.
