I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

[redacted] has alleged that they have not been paid in 6 months. This is not possible since the project was completed in October. They also did not submit an invoice to our company till 1-19-16, we can not make a payment if we do not have an invoice to track. We will gladly pay the invoice...
and have contacted them stating as much.
