Unfortunately was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service! The price for the dishwasher repair quoted by the technician was not the price it turned out to be after I agreed to the repair! The company's office manager called me a few days after I agreed to the repair and informed that they no longer have a facility to perform a repair and will have to do it in my garageTo do that they will dispatch men instead of I said "fine"A day later technician leaves me a message informing that the repair will now cost $more because "it's being done in MY garage for people"!!!
After trying to question this on the phone with the office manager, she argued for minutes that she any do anything about it and that I just have to pay extra!
I was put in this impossible "BAIT and SWITCH" situation which is both inethical and illegal business practice!
I will NEVER do business with this service again and advise you to do the same!

I have used Mars many times, always on time nice and I think fair. they came and looked at fridge, I asked if it needed to be shot. technician said he had checked compressor and everything appears to be fine. I agree to a $200 repair to replace fan. no difference in noise after he leaves. they come back and I am informed compressor is about to go out. that information would have been nice before the $200 was spent.
