I am rejecting this response because: The compalint that was filed was not responded toThe car is in fact a *** luxury vehicle and the reson why a consumer would purchase such a car is the fact that it is expected to last many more years than and many more milesMy wife finally called Mars automotive on the abuse that they subjected OUR vehicle toI called Victor and the owner of Mars automotive and he refused to respond to my calls.Mars autimotive has not responded to why each time we brought the car in for repairs it was returend with something else broker, such as the car being returned with the entire GPS and stero system dead, the trunck full of water according to Mars and the last time no indicator lights workingAgain when Victor was asked about this by my wife he was rude and dimissiveVictor did recommended that she file a complaint after he told her to just drive the car and see what happens and the indicator lights might start workingThe lights have not started working and the same probelm with the car has occured againIt is once again is not workingThe documents that Mars has shown proves that we are good clients and we pay our bills on time and in full and we are not satisfied with the contunied destruction by Mars of our vehicle.Victor's repsonse as to the complaint being filed by my wife illustrates further his bizarre problem he has with dealing with womenEven if my wife filed this complaint, we are married, it is our car and the car that she drivesShe is entiled to get answers as to the destructive behaviour by Mars automotive on our vehicleLooking at the the recommendations on the invoices it shows nothing about the destruction and the damage to the car each time it was returnedYou would think that the Mars would actually be aware if they drove my car for miles and miles that the indicator lights are not workingWe told Victor about the indicator light within minutes of leaving the garage with the car, not the next dayVictor and the owner of Mars refused to try and settle this and have continued to do soIts a pity that Victor does not respect women enough to see that when you are being paid for a service whether its a man or woman they desrve the same respectIts too bad that Victor was OK with treating me one way and my wife another I will never recommed this shop and will be sure to share my experience and warn women especially about this shop

This is in response to your phone call earlier this morning regarding complaint# ***.The following accusations from the complainant is with no proof or merit and unfairWe have done everything to accommodate the complainantWe have done work based on importance from the start and work through what is needed next as stated on notes and recommendations on all invoicesThere is no argument that the vehicle needed work on the initial inspectionThe fact that we 'MARS Auto Group, Inc.' is being accused of such doings is based on an illusion not from the husband, but with the wifeThe husband has never once contacted me shortly after the wife calledI have made numerous attempts to contact the husband via phone calls and text to no availThe reason why contacting the husband is important, is that we've never had any dealings/conversations with the wife in the past.On the following statements:"Nothing was wrong with my radio, GPS systemIt worked fineWhen the repairs were complete the car came back with the recommendation of repairs of the head unitThe only problem was the head unit was completely silentNeither the radio or Cd player or GPS system had any soundThe bill states that there is a problem with controlling the volume or going into radio modeThere was absolutely no sound when then car was returnedThe GPS would come on and I could enter an address etc but there was again no soundWhy were they messing with my radio in the first place". The husband wanted us to look into the radio because of no sound, invoice# dated 08/21/We simply told the husband that the radio is defective due to the volume control faulty and does not go to radio modeWe are not responsible for the radio component going bad as it was preexisting."In addition the blinkers are working on the outside but you can not hear or see the lights of the indicator on the inside of the car.The front protective panel that protects the engine from the bottom was left hanging and the screws are shotIt is clear that Mars automotive did take this off since our name was written on it indicating that they labelled it when it was removedMars has denied ever having to take that off and refuses to fix it".Nothing was done to the blinkers or panelings because it had nothing to do with the no start problemWe did not touch any of the itemsWe never said drive the vehicle and blinkers should work againWe never looked into it because the husband only requested to fix the no start."I was told that my car was left running looking for any fault codes for the weekend".The vehicle was never left running to look for any fault codesAll we told the husband is that we'd like additional time to function test the vehicle in terms of (starting) it."Or as things have worked with Mars automotive is that we will drive it for about a month and then another major repair arises".We can not control or predict what will happen to any vehicle, should other components start to failIf we did not note it, it means it's not needed at that particular time or the customer did not complain about. "I asked Victor if he did all the checks on the car how is it that he did not know that the indicators were not working and he still had no idea whyInspite of the amount of work they have done on the carVictor's response was that it does not work that wayI asked to speak to the owner and Victor refused and said I could go ahead and file whatever complaint I wanted toSo this is what I am doingThe owner left a message saying he refuses to speak to my wife and when I returned his call he refused to take my call.I would also like a refund of the work that was done due to water damage".I don't have any idea because we never checked it to begin with and as mentioned, the husband only requested for the no start to be resolvedI did notify the owner that the wife would like to speak with himThe owner asked me 'Victor', if any of us have ever dealt with her in the past and I said noThis is the first contact we've ever had with the wifeIt's difficult and challenging to speak with a person who has no basic fundamental idea of the dealings with the husbandI did speak with the husband once that Saturday and he basically told me to ignore her."I would also like a refund of the work that was done due to water damageThis water damage was caused by Mars automotive deliberatelyI have changed the battery and checked the battery and there was no water leak.There was no water collecting in the trunk of the car prior to it being taken to Mars automotiveVictor became very defense when questioned about the fact that everytime a repair was made the car was returned with something else that they broke".Water intrusion was discovered when the vehicle was towed in on 05/19/invoice# Vehicle was towed in due to rear suspension low and compressor runs constantly after shut offThe husband never questioned me on this as I texted him pictures of the water intrusionThis was never in question until the wife got involved months later."The indicators and the head unit were all working when the car was taken in to be repaired and when returned they were notVictor thought it was better to push my wife and make her irate than to take care of the problem on SaturdayHe did not bother to tell the owner that we have been agreeable all along and after spending $in repairs at his shop it was getting suspicious that with each repair he returned the car with even more damage".All the husband wanted was to get the vehicle startedHow can a person (me-Victor) think "it is better to push my wife and make her irate"? It does not make senseI did tell the owner and the owner made attempts to talk to the husband with no response."This is the worst customer service I have ever experiencedIf you are a woman I would not recommend that you use this shopThey are ripping you off and if you question them they refuse to answerBut why should theyThey have already been paid for their services even though half of the repairs they caused themselvesDishonest group will never do business with them again and if this is not resolved I will be sure to warn others to stay away especially femalesThe suspension was also worked on in my car we had to take it back because the car would topple to the side when taking corners.I returned it for repairsStill when the car comes to a stop it bounces like a rubber ballAgain Victor feels these repairs are satisfactoryDisgraceful behaviour"We did replace the ride height sensors on 08/21/invoice# and warrantied it on 09/10/invoice# due to the sensors being defectiveNo charge took place other than quarts of oil.For the husband to comment "If you are a woman I would not recommend that you use this shopThey are ripping you off and if you question them they refuse to answerBut why should theyThey have already been paid for their services even though half of the repairs they caused themselvesDishonest group will never do business with them again and if this is not resolved I will be sure to warn others to stay away especially females"This does not make any sense at allAgain, it is very clear to us that the wife wrote this up and not the husband.There will be no refund taking place. his wife. I have never had any discussions with his wife until the day after the vehicle was picked up. The series of accusations is inaccurate and unfair to MARS Auto Group, Inc. We have always treated Jared with the utmost respect, fairness, and forthcoming pertaining to his vehicle. When the vehicle came in initially on April of 2014 by way of being towed, the vehicle needed a lot of work due to the age and mileage of the vehicle (172,975 miles). We always recommend to take care of the most important items first such as safety and drivability of the vehicle. Yes, we have performed a lot of repairs to the vehicle because it was needed and other recommendations still need attention. I have suggested to Jared on several occasions that you should start looking for a newer car with low mileage to avoid costly repairs and he agreed. He has ask me numerous times if he can get another 2 to 3 years out of the car; and every time I tell him that we can not guarantee that due to other components may fail. This is a 10 year old luxury vehicle, a [redacted] will always be a [redacted]. Any 10 year old vehicle with over 170k miles will have wear and tear. I am more than happy to forward you all the invoices for [redacted] to see the list of repairs and recommendations.The following dates the vehicle was in the shop.04/29/201405/29/201408/21/201409/10/201401/27/201403/17/201509/18/2015 (vehicle was towed in on June 28th 2015)Please contact me should you have any questions.Best regards,Victor B.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The compalint that was filed was not responded to. My wife finally called Mars automotive on the abuse that they subjected OUR vehicle to. I called Victor and the owner of Mars automotive and he refused to respond to my calls.
