I believe I called you in regards to it last week. I have spoken to [redacted] and let her... know that it was my husband and a co-owner of the company that installed her furnace and that I was aware of all the trouble she had been having. Unfortunately we had several jobs that Jeff Mars installed go south and it was a huge point of contention at Mars Mechanical and for our marriage. After [redacted] ’s job I felt that I could no longer continue my company under these conditions and have separated from my husband and am pursuing legal action to protect this company against his actions. I have discussed this whole situation with Ms. [redacted] and she is aware that I have gone through great lengths to make sure that these types of installations never happen again with my company. It has been a very difficult and dramatic corrective course of action for me and I have asked her to please not write us off as a company given everything I am doing to make sure this does not happen again. Ms. [redacted] has expressed empathy for my situation and has agreed to drop the complaint. In addition, a vendor’s rep has since gone out to her house and found that the cause of the gas leak was from the gas company, not Mars Mechanical and we have a report to prove as much.
