I've had to take multiple days off in order to be home for a technician to come by and repair a crack in the garden tub. Both times the contractor has been a no-show. When I called the company to figure out what happened, they continued to tell me to take more time off and to reschedule.
I would like to start off by saying we completed this job already on February 19th, he made the complaint the same day the job was completed. Pictures attached. He was not even responsible for this service as his property management is and they were informed every step of the way of the progress until completion. The tenant for this particular property management requested AM time frame and we cannot ever guarantee a time frame due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise. So when the contractor showed up he was not home and because this particular trade has 90% Spanish only speaking contractors. I believe this happened a couple of times and this is why we cannot ever guarantee a time frame. I've had to wait all day for a service company before for own personal home. This is just how Mars Services operates but the job was completed already. The contractor showed up 12:11pm on February 19 per my records. We apologize he had to take off a couple of mornings but we did show up each time it was just not in the time he wanted. We always provide ETA if the customer/tenants call and request that
