I am rejecting this response because: The attached invoices and
complaint specifically detailed all of the materials that we have already paid for so it shouldn't be a challenge to "figure out" what the materials are. Additionally, this individual has promised to "look at the contract to determine what materials he owes us" before and even promised to bring some of the materials to us prior to Christmas and we still have not received the materials. He has proven time and time again that he is not going to follow through on his promises. I don't want or need to hear any more promises. I only want all of the materials we have paid for and a specific date and time those materials will be delivered.
