I run my business from my home and rely heavily on AC to keep my computer servers cool When the yr old ton AC/Gas Pack unit died, I had to act quickly I initially called the service provider who had taken care of us for 20+ years Though they could respond quickly, the brand/manufacturer they recommended had MANY POOR REVIEWS I then called Marsh Heating & Air (the owners are members of our church and very active leaders in my son's youth group and Sunday School) Though they had jobs backed up until late August, they were able to make some calls and fit me in Within hours, we had a new ton AC/Gas Pack manufactured by the #1-rated company in the industry and I was BACK IN BUSINESS! The cherry on top was that it was $cheaper than what my previous service provider had quoted! The crew who did the work, led by ***, was TOP NOTCH and they stayed until 9pm last night to get the job done right the first time (their day had started at 7am that morning)
I recommend Marsh Heating & Air without hesitation or reservation! They have a NEW and LIFETIME CUSTOMER!

Dear Mr. Hunger,
The national $5 Flavor Menu is being advertised in Hawaii via a national [redacted] media buy, however Hawaii [redacted] is running our own local tv schedule for this promotion at a $6.99 price point.  Unfortunately, we do not have control over national media that flows...

through on local network and cable stations, but there are legal disclaimers on all national [redacted] ads that indicate prices may vary by area.  You are correct that the Flavor Menu promotion is not available on the pizzahuthawaii.com website and we apologize for this added inconvenience.  We are working towards moving to the same web platform as [redacted] Corporate so that Hawaii consumers will one day be able to order all of these specials online.  We appreciate your feedback and value your patronage.  We take all complaints very seriously and we will continue to improve the customer experience based on the feedback we receive.
Best regards,
Leah A[redacted]
Marketing Director, Hawaii [redacted]

be sending a refund check in the amount of $28.27 to Mr. [redacted] along with $15 in gift cards in good faith.

Marsh Heating and Air installed a new heating and ac unit. We have contacted them many times without success to fix the problems with it from install. We had a new gas heating and AC unit installed by Marsh Heating and air in July 2013, we paid him approx $1700. When the weather got cold, the unit did not work properly. We began calling the company, the week of Christmas and to present (multiple times)to have them come out to check it. They do not return our calls. His service tech came out once, approx 2 weeks ago but was unable to fix the problem. He said he would bring [redacted], the owner, whom we have never seen. He does not return our phone messages. Now we have had to get a different HVAC company come to assist us - twice at additional expense so far. He told us that the installation was improper, the drain lines and exhaust piping was not prpoerly installed. We still have not heard from Marsh heating and air after multiple calls. Desired SettlementWe want Marsh Heating and Air to pay for the company we have paid to come to our house to fix his problem. Business Response /[redacted]/Mr. [redacted] contacted our office last July, 2013 with a proposition. We originally turned him down because of our company policy that we will not install HVAC equipment that we do not purchase due to warranty issues. He enticed us with a promise of connecting us with a major business in town who needed a good HVAC service company to maintain several units in various buildings around town. So we agreed to install the unit for a certain price. However when my men arrived to the job site, the unit Mr. [redacted] purchased was larger than what is needed for his residential location, and required more labor than we estimated. We left him a message about the additional labor charge, but he ignored it. We honored the original contract and accepted his payment. We also noted on the invoice there were no warranties included on the equipment and only 1 year labor on the ductwork we installed. We scheduled the City of Durham Inspection Dept. to inspect the job once it was completed, and the inspector required some minor corrections which we completed and notified them of the corrections. Mr. [redacted] called and requested a service call in December. We were very busy at that time and offered to put him on the list for the next day which is our standard turn around time. We also informed him that it would be a billable call since we did not give him any warranties on the equipment. This wasn't suitable for him and he said he would call someone else. We didn't hear from him anymore until he continuously left voicemail messages after hours demanding that we pay half of the invoice from the other Heating and Air Company coming out. He never submitted proof of a bill nor reported what was the problem. Until we received this complaint, we were in totally in the dark in reference to a problem.

I run my business from my home and rely heavily on AC to keep my computer servers cool. When the 25 yr old 3.5 ton AC/Gas Pack unit died, I had to act quickly. I initially called the service provider who had taken care of us for 20+ years. Though they could respond quickly, the brand/manufacturer they recommended had MANY POOR REVIEWS. I then called Marsh Heating & Air (the owners are members of our church and very active leaders in my son's youth group and Sunday School). Though they had jobs backed up until late August, they were able to make some calls and fit me in. Within 24 hours, we had a new 3.5 ton AC/Gas Pack manufactured by the #1-rated company in the industry and I was BACK IN BUSINESS! The cherry on top was that it was $500 cheaper than what my previous service provider had quoted! The crew who did the work, led by [redacted], was TOP NOTCH and they stayed until 9pm last night to get the job done right the first time (their day had started at 7am that morning).
