The signs after being rehung are in place a minimum of 24hrs before any towing commences. While we can apprciate the frustration of having a vehicle towed, responsibility must be assumed by the vehicle owner for failing to have the proper permit in the vehicle. Based upon the review of the towing event, we are confident that it was completed satisfactory to our contractual obligations, as well as any city/state regulations.
