**UPDATE 11/7/16** As I stated the first time BEWARE of this company. I knew when they came back out the second time to correct the issue that they didn't complete the first time that something just wasn't right. Well, it wasn't. I got another company to come out today, as I wanted to get another opinion. In so many words they said that I was told lies and got ripped off. They spent TWO hours cleaning out my pipes where as the first time Premier came out they only spent 45 minutes and the second time on 1 and 15 minutes. I actually cleaning my pipes from the front of my house to the street something Premier never did either. I was told they don't see how they unclogged anything because it was still clogged up pretty bad. Second, Premier said that I had some chopper piping and that was what was causing the problem as it needed repair/replaced. Again, that was a lie, I don't have ANY under my home as the company that came out today actually went UNDER my house something you all never even did. I don't know how you all stayed in business for this long, but I guess you just rip people off and lie to the customers. Like I've said before you will never step foot in my home again or do any kind of repair work. I feel like you all took my money and didn't do crap to fix the problem.

**UPDATE 11/2/16** Spoke with a someone at the office by the name of Jennifer [redacted]. Explained to her everything that went on and she understood where I was coming from. They are going to make it right an come back out an see what the issue maybe. Although, I would love to give FIVE stars, I'll give them THREE stars for coming back out an taking care of the problem and at least making it right. I'm sadden that it took for me to go through all this before someone would fix it and make it right. I wish this company well with their future business.


11/1/16: BEWARE USING THEM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I had to call them out on Saturday, 10/29 as my pipes were clogged. The guy came out and unclogged them. I thought the price was a little high as I was charged [redacted] and it only took about 35 minutes to fix, however, the technician put down that he was there for 1.5 hour which was a lie. Yesterday, 10/31 I started having the same trouble as I was on Saturday. So, before I called them back I called the city to make sure it wasn't something on their end. They came out today, 11/1 and took a look and nothing on their end. So, I called Premier and spoke with the service writer, whom was less then helpful and told her the problem that I am having again. They want me to spend another [redacted] for someone to come out an put a camera down my pipes, REALLY what a [redacted] rip off. You will be the last company that EVER steps foot back in my house. I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know to never use your company. I know you all can do better than that and at least make it right for the customer, but it's obvious that you all could give a crap about the customer. Well, that's fine because you'll never get anymore of my business and I will be sure to let others know what kind of shady business you run.
