Test driving the aveo, I? wasnt satisfiedI then sought? interest in a Kia RondoI came in Yesterday? Monday 2/5/18,@ 9am and asked Craig N [redacted] to start a new contract with me concerning the Kia RondoA contract? wasn't? issuedAn agreement? for cash was made, a copy was given to me and he kept The original.? The car is $500? more than the Dodge CaliberThe Dodge Caliber is Valued@$4495? the Kia Rondo is valued @ $Craig N [redacted] said I needed? ? $500? cash to put down as a depositI gave Craig N [redacted] the $500? yesterday on 2/5/I also learned last night on 2/5/that [redacted] ? wasn't? aware of the new contract that was supposed to be faxed over to the finance companyI spoke with a representative named George? at [redacted] ***? and was told that the only loan that? is existing is the one for a black caliberThe amount owed on the car is $A New? application wasn't madeIt was also explained? to me that Craig N [redacted] called? New City Funding? on 2/3/asking for a day payoutIt was also explained to me that he needed to pay off the black Caliber before he puts me in the Kia rondoSo why not just explain the process to me instead of just taking my money and leaving? me in limbo with a bunch of lies!On 2/6/18,at 11:22am Craig called me at work he had a 2min second conversation with me saying that the Kia? would not be ready and he doesn't? know when it will speaking of monitorsHe said? he will call me and keep me postedBefore ending the call he said that he has my application right in front of him.So at 1230PM? I went to? midtown and ask for Craig, I was told that he wasn't? there? that he's? driving? the Kia RondoAt 3:45pm after work, I went back to midtown to ask if my application was approved, he said to my husband? that it wasn't done and that it takes a week! I said to Craig? we have a dilema, I can't? drive the caliber? because I cancelled the? insurance and the Kia Rondo isn't? ready because? the application? isn't done!? SO I ASKED? FOR A FULL REFUND! CRAIG N [redacted] WROTE OUT TWO CHECKS...one for $500? the deposit for the Kia Rondo and a CHECK for $2211? the refund for the black Caliber.But before receiving? the checks, Craig ASKED? for the old contract (my copy) of the black Caliber the payment installment contract and the New cash agreement copy from the Kia Rondo and I turned over the title to the black CaliberI signed the title on the back with no dateEven after I had to literally walk home before exiting? the? premises Craig said to? me can I do him a favor and take care of the complaint? with the Revdex.com and? make it rightNo I can't ! CRAIG N***? did not treat me and my husband with respectHe is a licensed liar that has too many? shenanigans with him, he's has tried to get over on me when it comes? to $$$ and he never treated me as a person he treated me as a number...he didn't? try to make it right, he kept lying instead of being truthful and my personal experience is one everyone should know aboutWhat I don't understand? is if I gave a $deposit? and paid payments of $How come I'm not? entitled to a $refund? Craig provided a verbal response that he will refund the consumer the difference of $under the condition that the check is sent to her via US Postal Service, return receipt requested, and that this resolves all issues between the consumer and the business

Getting into the 2007 and adjusting  the rear view mirror, the mirror fell off the windshield! Test driving the 2011 aveo, I  wasnt satisfied. I then sought  interest in a 2009 Kia Rondo. I came in Yesterday  Monday 2/5/18,@ 9am and asked Craig N[redacted] to start a new contract with me concerning the Kia Rondo. A contract  wasn't  issued. An agreement  for cash was made, a copy was given to me and he kept The original.  The car is $500 more than the Dodge Caliber. The Dodge Caliber is Valued@$4495 the Kia Rondo is valued @ $4995. Craig N[redacted] said I needed  $500 cash to put down as a deposit. I gave Craig N[redacted] the $500 yesterday on 2/5/18. I also learned last night on 2/5/18 that [redacted] wasn't  aware of the new contract that was supposed to be faxed over to the finance company. I spoke with a representative named George  at [redacted] and was told that the only loan that  is existing is the one for a black caliber. The amount owed on the car is $2760.53. A New  application wasn't made. It was also explained  to me that Craig N[redacted] called  New City Funding  on 2/3/18 asking for a 10 day payout. It was also explained to me that he needed to pay off the black Caliber before he puts me in the Kia rondo. So why not just explain the process to me instead of just taking my money and leaving  me in limbo with a bunch of lies!. On 2/6/18,at 11:22am Craig called me at work he had a 2min 30 second conversation with me saying that the Kia  would not be ready and he doesn't  know when it will speaking of 02 monitors. He said  he will call me and keep me posted. Before ending the call he said that he has my application right in front of him. .So at 1230PM  I went to  midtown and ask for Craig, I was told that he wasn't  there  that he's  driving  the Kia Rondo. At 3:45pm after work, I went back to midtown to ask if my application was approved, he said to my husband  that it wasn't done and that it takes a week! I said to Craig  we have a dilema, I can't  drive the caliber  because I cancelled the  insurance and the Kia Rondo isn't  ready because  the application  isn't done!  SO I ASKED  FOR A FULL REFUND! CRAIG N[redacted]  did not treat me and my husband with respect. He is a licensed liar that has too many  shenanigans with him, he's has tried to get over on me when it comes  to $$$ and he never treated me as a person he treated me as a number...he didn't  try to make it right, he kept lying instead of being truthful and my personal experience is one everyone should know about. What I don't understand  is if I gave a $1900 deposit  and paid 3 payments of $165 How come I'm not  entitled to a $2395 refund? I  just want WHAT  is rightfully owed to me! This is an awful  experience and I will not do business with  him ever again!

Craig provided a verbal response that he will refund the consumer the difference of $183.57 under the condition that the check is sent to her via US Postal Service, return receipt requested, and that this resolves all issues between the consumer and the business.
