As shown in the attached documents the customer signed the contract and was informed to contact Member Solutions to terminate future ACH payments at the conclusion of the annual program if decided to no longer continue serviceAll customers are provided with a yellow copy of the contract that is attached to the original form on the same day it is completed, signed, and reviewed in its entiretyIt has never been our practice to email contracts as this in not secure method of communication and contains confidential informationIf the customer were to have asked for a copy of the contract via email she would have been advised of this as wellAs stated in the attached email I provided with my previous response, the most effective way to communicate with myself directly is through textI also offered the customer the opportunity to discuss any issues in person at my establishmentI am regretful that the customer never attempted to call, text, or visit me at my office to discuss these issues as I would of dealt with this matter immediatelyAs a courtesy I will contact Member Solutions myself to ensure that the customer's contract is terminated

Dear MrsClopton,I am regretful to learn of any inconveniences that the customer experienced with this processI have taken the liberty to locate and review the customer's signed contract and any email correspondence informing the customer of how to cancel the service to prevent future automatic
paymentsAs stated on the right hand side of the attached contract, I specifically wrote "At the 11th month if you do not want to auto renew, contact and cancel or you will enter another annual agreement but will lose discount upon return." I go a step further and circle the terms of the billing agreement, which provides instructions of how to properly cancel and the phone number to call as I use a third party company "Member Solutions" for all of my billing needsThis is a conversation I have with every new member before signing the contract to emphasize the fact that I have no involvement with the billing process and to serve as a reminder on how to cancel the plan if a member decides to not auto renewI also provide each customer with a yellow copy of the signed agreement at the end of every consultation.I also attached my response to the customer's email requesting for me to cancel future paymentsI informed the customer that she must contact Member Solutions to cancel and provided her with the company's contact numberI also offered the customer to visit the gym if she had any further concernsIt also clearly states at the bottom of the email that the most effective way to contact me is through text, which I have not received a text or call regarding this matter. I am rejecting this response because:
I never received a copy of the contract from Marshall Arts MMA at the time that I signedThey promised to email me a copy, but never did When I went to cancel the contract, I had no point of reference regarding an month cancellation Maybe if I had a copy of the contract, I could have been aligned If the company provided copies of contracts which they are required to do by law, then maybe they would see compliance When I sent an email to the company, I never received a response from January to today Once I filed a complaint and stop payment, the company immediately turned my account over to a collection agencyI have called the collection agency almost everyday and have not been able to speak to anyone This is aligned with Marshall Arts MMA's lack of communication and following the truth in lending lawsI want out of this contract that was poorly executed from day by not providing full disclosure I wanted a copy of the signed contract and never received it I wanted a clear path on my exitEthically, I had an expectation of full disclosure which Marshall MMA failed to give Regards,*** ***
