I have paid Mr. [redacted] too fix my repairs and he has had my car now 14 months and still have not received my car.So its been over a year no car I have receipts on hoe much he was paid for services and when I do get my car back I feel there will b more damages too my [redacted] Mr. [redacted] doesnt even keep in contact wit me when it comes too my car I just want my car back.Desired SettlementIf and when I get my car back and its not running I want the damage amount or the amount too repair my car correctly..

Complaint[redacted] was suppose to fix my truck but instead he lied.He said the truck was fixed and said he fixed it.However after I got it back it was doing the same thing and is not fixed.I complained to hom and he cursed me out.Then a few days later he called me and apologized and admitted he didnt fix my truck.He said he had been sick and his brother was suppose to have done the work.He also said a few other people had complained and said their car wasnt fixed either.So then he promised to give me my money back which was $490.He gave me $100. back and now still owes me $390.Desired SettlementI am owed $390.00
