Review: my car got toed away on. I could not get my car back till 3rd day due to company not responding to phone calls. Office hrs 12 to 2 (only 2 hrs ) Sat & Sun. I reached office @ 1:50pm no one there. waited and waited, called and called no resp, so left. kept calling and the phone was forwarded to a disconnected #. 3rd day (Sun morning, called and called and left msg on voicemail to return call asap due to travelling distance. no one called back, finally someone ans phone at 10:45am. When I got there to pick up the car, I explained the phone issue, and the rep said he was up till 5am so forgot to forward the phone. The sign in front of the office says "IF YOU ARE HERE TO PICK-UP A VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE NORMAL OFFICE HOURS YOU MUST HAVE EXACT CHANGE TO REDEEM YOUR VEHICLE.

If the business does not ans phone, how does the car owner pick-up the car? On top of that, they look at how long the car is held there to charge the customer.

I lose my vehicle, as well as inconvenience for indefinete time, even though I accept the fact of careless mistake caused the towing of the car. Paying for that is not a problem, recovering the car when I need it is, and not only that, being charged for extra time its held because the company's careless mistake .

Very rude owner of this business. The office smelled like an ashtray. Staff unfriendly and rude. The lot is unsecured and completely darkened. I felt very uncomfortable picking up my daughter's car at this facility.
