Marshall Construction & Sealcoating

Review: I hired Marshall Sealcoating to reseal my driveway. The driveway was not evenly done, the thickness was minimal, and brown spots began to form thru the sealcoat. My neighbor has the same problem with the workmanship. I have called numerous times and have left a message. I have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: To correct the driveway sealcoat or provide a refund.

I sealcoated a driveway at [redacted] The driveway was not sprayedbut was applied with a squeeze. That means that it was applied thick and evenly. When there are gas, oil and other chemicals on the pavement -they can seap through the sealcoating.Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to prevent that.I received a call from Ms. [redacted] when I returned from working out of town. I immediately returned her call and left her a message on 7/31/15. I explained to her all the details in this and informed her that I have issued and mailed her a check in the amount of $100.00, the full amount that she paid for the sealcoating job. The check was mailed out on 7/31/15.Regarding the neighbor I have not received any complaint nor heard from them.My Company provides 100% customer satisfaction and I do everything that I can to honor that
