Attached find a signed contractor by the complainant. Refer to page regarding fees for client termination. Note the fee is $75. Complainant acknowledges in her complaint that numerous correspondences and schedules were provided. Each of which were rejected. A last
attempt to fulfill our obligation was recently rejected and the complainant requested a refund. Due to administration fees involved with corresponding and scheduling we will withhold $for client termination of the contract. The fee collected was $250, therefore we will refund $immediately

I am not satisfied with this response per my full explanation listed above. I am very disappointed in the manner in which this company does business and I will share my experiences with administration at my son's school. If there are other actions that can be taken within the Revdex.com please let me know, I want to protect other consumers.
