I used Ledfords for a CL100 in my home and was told that everything was fine! BUT the report did NOT reflect that! The report read that I had possible damage to under first floor level of my home. Sounds ok right? Well the issue is I DONT have an under first floor level as I am on a SLAB! When I brought this up to the company and asked them to fix the wording so I could close I was very rudely told that the report was right and that was that! My bank wanted me to have a structural engineer come to my home and verify my home was safe to live in!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
So I had to get another company to come give me a proper report which cost me another $175 so I could close on my re-fi. Now ledfords wants their money which I refuse to pay! Had the job been done properly from the start I would have payed them and all would have been fine.
