I am rejecting this response because: Frederick Marshall apparently just now created these deadlines, this is the first I am learning of any deadlinesIn addition, it would seem that a man in the business of dealing with grief stricken individuals daily would be more proactive if a dealine was missedEven a business associate could assist the distraught spouse in order to have things completed accurately and in a timely mannerIt is obvious that this man is dealing from an emotional level; note the tone of his responsesHe is not dealing with this issue as a business man which has been a major factor during this entire ordeal

On the day before [redacted] was cremated she was given a copy of pending DC as well as the person who came with her. [redacted] was very hard to get on the phone and was very hard to talk to missed...

BUT ONCE AGAIN SHE HAD 8 DAYS TO TELL ME IT WAS WRONG u did not so,  NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN 2. I did not show up in jeans I had on black dress pants and a polo shirt, and if my shirt was not  tucked was because I just got out the car AND YOU WERE 10 min LATE GETTING THERE you forgot that part you and, the person who came with you. I came be cause I was ask to come by ft. Logan I was on my way out of town.3. YOU STILL HAVE NOT PAYED FOR THE URN $ 200.00 That you left out off my office with and, the $430.00 for the programs you used at your memory service that still have not been payed for. The Print Company charged my cc I want my money back on all you own me for them.In closing YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND because you did not 1.
