I am rejecting this response because: Frederick Marshall apparently just now created these deadlines, this is the first I am learning of any deadlinesIn addition, it would seem that a man in the business of dealing with grief stricken individuals daily would be more proactive if a dealine was missedEven a business associate could assist the distraught spouse in order to have things completed accurately and in a timely mannerIt is obvious that this man is dealing from an emotional level; note the tone of his responsesHe is not dealing with this issue as a business man which has been a major factor during this entire ordeal

[redacted] was very hard to get on the phone and was very hard to talk to missed...

BUT ONCE AGAIN SHE HAD 8 DAYS TO TELL ME IT WAS WRONG u did not so, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN 2.
