Complaint ID: [redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgDear [redacted],Below you will find my rebuttal. Thanks for you help!Rebuttal:Firstly, He did not tell me to see the county police. He told me to "talk to his son" and the "the price is the price"  This issue has nothing to do with who told his company to tow it. It has to do with whether he is allowed  to tow ANY car until his company meets the PREREQUISITES. Secondly, there is no VISIBLE signage at the entrance where I was parked. The only sign was faded out to white. (and I have photographic evidence of this).    Lastly, When I cam to pick up my car I disputed the charges and informed him that towing companies are required to have their fees posted, under PA law. Just because he can send a letter now trying to explain how much he charged me doesn't mean he was allowed to do it originally.  As I stated in my original complaint  The law states that they must "post towing fees and the storage and related service fees and hours of operation at the towing facility". (73 P.S. Section 1971.3). They can't arbitrarily makes up cost.     I want to be clear that these requirement put forth by the state of PA have to be met BEFORE they can continue towing people. Therefore my car was illegally towed and I request that I receive a FULL REFUND. Furthermore I am requesting, that the company to be forced to put up new signage at the garage, put up proper signage and fee explanation at their facility. Additionally I would like some sort of oversight regarding their adherence to the Towing and Towing Storage Facility standards Act.. I am sure I am not the only one who was affected.- [redacted]Complaint ID: [redacted]
