To Whom It May Concern:I would like to request that complaint number [redacted] from [redacted] be permanently removed from our record I was completely unaware of any recent issues with [redacted] ’s floor we originally installed in December until I received the complaint he filed on the Revdex.com He claimed he attempted to contact us at the corporate office; however we have no record of any attempts to contact us via email or phone Alternately, we have proof that he mistakenly contacted another company instead of GarageFloorCoating.com, which is why he didn’t reach us to rectify his floor coating concerns When I mentioned he contacted another company on March 13, 2017, he admittedly stated via email that, “I don't disagree with you, but the web page I went to was garage floor coating.com unless another web page popped in as this has happened previously That is why I thought I was dealing with your corporate office.” He actually contacted Mikhal Zambon at Rhino Linings (a coating supplier not affiliated with us) After receiving the complaint on the Revdex.com, I contacted [redacted] and made an appointment to visit him on March 10, to resolve the situation Upon arrival he stated that he already had someone come out and re-coat the job with a new clear coat over our existing job He used an unlicensed painting contractor to “redo” the job who apparently gave him inaccurate advice on our coating system procedure as we did not recoat the epoxy too soon (process explained below) Furthermore, his entire story/complaint with the Revdex.com is inaccurate and inconsistent with what did occur, including the amount of money he claimed we billed him for the repair back in that was not covered under his warranty We did not finish the original job in one afternoonAs a franchisee, we follow strict standard operating procedures on all of our installationsThis particular job takes us anywhere from 2-days to completeOn day one, we were there in the afternoon; we removed all of the existing outdoor carpet, ground off all of the glue and prepped the concreteAfter preparation, we applied a primer coat and fixed the existing cracks in the concreteWe then came back the next day to apply the 2nd coat and full chip coatingFinally, we came back on day three and completed the job by applying the final two clear coatsHe did contact us in to repair something that was not covered under his five year warranty We offered to apply a refresher clear coat and only charged him a one-time $fee to cover materials, not the $he claimed he was charged After [redacted] put up a fight on that discounted price of $125, I made the decision to waive the total amount as a one-time courtesy, spite this application was not covered under his warranty At that time, [redacted] seemed very pleased; he even gave the crew members a tipThis is why this complaint, especially not being able to reach us like he did back in 2015, comes as even more of a surpriseWe are a customer satisfaction driven company We have been in business for almost years in Arizona and have had zero complaints not only with the Revdex.com, but also have with the AZ Registrar of Contractors I hope that our ongoing A+ rating and positive reviews with the Revdex.com are proof of our dedication to satisfying our customers I feel this complaint is not only unwarranted, but it is falsified information In conclusion, Mr [redacted] did not contact me or my franchisor to notify us of any issues per his complaint The information in his complaints is inaccurate regarding our installation process and monies charged He also voided his warranty by having another painting contractor coat over our existing coating which was still under warranty Most importantly, he didn’t give us the opportunity to rectify this situation before he made the decision to go elsewhere If necessary, we can provide all the supporting documentation we have for [redacted] Since we were unaware and not allowed the opportunity to resolve his concerns, we are requesting that this inaccurate, falsified complaint be permanently removed from our record Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated I can be reached at ###-###-#### with any questions Regards,Dale G [redacted] Owner/Operator

On March Dale admitted that he does not put on the amount of epoxy necessary to get the desired look because this is a Senior Community They charged me for the better application My original complaint is an accurate statement of facts.Dale contradicted himself about his warranty When he came out in he stated my lifetime warranty would not cover the faulty epoxy they used If it wasn't good in what made me think they would honor it in It's pretty sad their epoxy lasted about eight months. When Dale came out Om March 10, he was only interested in getting me to drop this complaint He asked what it would take for me to drop it I told him to make an offer which he did He said that he would pay for the resurfacing if I would send him the bill from the company He asked if I knew about how much it would be I told him about $ The total bill for resurfacing was less than $ Once I received the payment I agreed to contact the Revdex.com and state the complaint was settled He shook hands and stated his handshake is as good as a contract I guess neither his hand shake or contract are very good I do not think you should remove this complaint *** * ***
