Marshall & Sterling Enterprises, Inc.

I had 3 insurance policies with Marshall and Sterling. I changed them to another insurance company after I received an extremely unprofessional email from one of their senior executives. I cancelled each policy by notifying Marshall and Sterling of my intentions by phone, email and official cancellation documents.

Each time the policy was not cancelled and I was contacted by a collections agency for one and notified that I was being sent to collections for another.

I notified them each time and was assured that it would be taken care of.

I would caution anyone from taking insurance from them unless you look very carefully into their practices and pricing.
