Good morning!  There was an issue with getting the credit for the $9.00 a month for the cost of the phone he purchased because of the combination of plan promotion and phone promotion that he received.  To take care of this customer the store issued a credit of the full retail price of the...

phone to the customers Sprint account, but with that said this was a one time credit to cover all of the charges that he has and will continue to receive for this phone.  This should close this complaint.

We did a thorough investigation on what the customer is saying, we interviewed the young lady that waited on her and also interviewed the manager. Neither say that they offered her the plan the customer says she should have gotten. When she came in the first time and activated the 2 new phones she...

signed a contract that shows her what she is being billed for. When we go into our system that plan is not in there and not available. We explained that to her and the contract shows what she is paying. The store manager has spoken with her and she is just not understanding. The plan she wants is not available in our system.

For us it was about the bottom line of how much our monthly bill would increase. My husband and I were both there when she told us over and over that our bill would only increase by $16 and believe me I asked her at least 3 times to be sure I wasn't going to be stuck with a much larger bill than I was already paying. I understand everything that their manager had explained to us and when I asked him why we were not getting the price we were quoted he said there is no way we would have been offered that price. So I then asked why we were lied to and he couldn't answer that. What a total scam....they probably get more commission for lying to their customers and then treating them like their stupid. Bait and Switch is an illegal business practice and I hope they stop getting away with it.
