We were out to this home on 1/2/and found nothing wrong with the unit We were also out on 11/10/for a Fall chewhich tested the unit's heat before the season Our Fall and Spring checks are a set schedule during business hours to We do have emergency service all the time when our technician's go out to homes when a unit is not working Our technician's are on call all weekend and during the evenings, but these are for emergencies only This unit was working and as indicated previously there was nothing wrong with this system, it must have gone into defrost mode

We are trying to get in contact with the homeowner to get him scheduled to address his concerns but he has yet to call us and get scheduled We cannot take care of his issues if he does not contact us back

I am rejecting this response because: The general manager frank, ask that I call him on Thursday May 18th to remind him to make sure to have someone scheduled for Monday 22ndAs a concerned business and reputation on the line I would think that I should not have to call himI also decided not to take the day off because I should not have to when the work should have been done the first time and did not need them over to the house a third timeWith that said I decided to do the work myselfI took pictures to show how easy it was that anyone off the streets could have done itIf you can hang a picture on the wall it was that easyI believe the intent was just laziness on both the contractors and company and probably would not have been interested to fix it if I would not have reported it to the Revdex.comAs far as the calls are concerned I have many calls come in as I use my phone for company use as well as my business phone and no voice mails or texts have been sent

I am rejecting this response because: The job has yet to be completed and had to compromise to patch up and paint the wall myself because I was told by the general manager that they are not skilled to do that type of workI also asked him to be up front with customers prior to starting a job but continued to side step the complaintIt is not justly for a customer to find out about the issues after the job is done especially when the company performing the job is rated an A+

*** said he identified himself as *** from SA Specialties and asked if the homeowner still needed service, some people cancel service for numerous reasons. After introductions at the home, our first question is where is the thermostat, the technician needs the system to be on so we can
diagnose the problem. In some cases the thermostat stores codes that can tell us what is wrong with the system. *** never indicated the thermostat was not working, he had not even gotten to the thermostat yet. The homeowner insisted that we didn’t need to look at the thermostat, that the thermostat was not broken. *** asked times where the thermostat was that he needed to see the thermostat (to properly diagnose the system), the homeowner finally told him it was upstairs and *** began going upstairs but then the homeowner shouted there is nothing wrong with the thermostat and *** turned and in frustration said do you want me to fix this thing or not. The homeowner said no, “ I want you to leave.” *** turned and came back downstairs, the homeowner then stood in front of the door completely blocking ***’s exit until *** asked “Have you ever heard of imprisonment” at which point the homeowner finally stepped aside and let our technician leave his home. The homeowner asked *** for his name and *** spelled it for him. *** went to his van, called into the office for his next dispatch and then left which took approximately minutes in the driveway. We sent *** out the next morning. *** went to the thermostat, turned the system on and diagnosed a bad blower motor. We replaced the blower motorTell us why here

We have san appointment with the homeowner and I believe that they are happy with what we have worked out with them on the thermostat. Please check with them before putting this this into the system as a complaint I believe this has all been worked out and there is no longer any
complaint. Our General Manager has been working with them
