Marshall's Pool & Water

My families experience with this company was very poorThe owner of this establishment was rude & highly unprofessionalAfter making an appt the owner called us twice thinking we were someone elseThey told us they would be at our house between 2-Instead they show up around am & leave a handwritten note that they missed us - didnt leave a time or a specific name etcWhen we called back to figure out what happened the owner was rude, short, defensive & accusatoryThe owner told us hed be out at the next am & to call at to ensure load (which wasnt asked of us the first timeAs if him coming at the wrong time & not being able to deliver the load was our fault)So we do - end up waking the guy up after calling several times & the guy then says he can come out next dayAfter explaining to him this is unprofessional & ppl are missing work over this he rudely says 'well find someone else then'So we didWe called *** *** & they came out same day & were done in minI do NOT recommend marshalls pool & water to anyone
