Review: [redacted] sold me a replacement vehicle for one I had purchased the had blew the engine after two weeks. He sold me the van with out disclosure for why the vehicle did not pass inspection. Also he sold me the vehicle and at the time he is suspended from the motor vehicle board. A week later he disappears and I dont hear from him for over two and a half weeks. I had taken the vehicle several times to the shop to get fixed and inspected where [redacted] uses and they refused to do the work until they heard from [redacted]. When I did hear from marshall he made me wait until my temporary tags had run out before I got my hard tags. I have documented with a copy of my phone records from verizon and I am still waiting for the records from my cell phone carrier. I did have contact with marshall two weeks ago we talked a couple of times but didnt come to se. e eye to eye. He now has the vehicle back and I still have the motor vehicle board wanting my paperwork and I have been contacted by a Law Enforcement Division at DMV. They want my paperwork and to give written and oral statements as to how I aquired the vehicle and other questions.Desired Settlement: According to the motor vehicle board the paperwork was not done right and according to the codes I am entitled to a refund of my down payment and all payments made. 600.00 down and one payment of 75.00 so a total of 675.00 in cash. if not I will go to small claims court and turn over my paperwork to the dmv and motor vehicle board and just see him in court with them because the gentleman from the motor vehicle board has offered to go to court with me

Response:
THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO [redacted] COMPLAINT 5-15-13. AFTER
CLOSE REVIEW AGAIN OF MY RECORDS I FIND NOTHING IN OUR CONTRACT THAT IS
DISPUTABLE. SHE WAS DISCLOSED OF WHY THE VAN WAS REJECTED FROM THE
INSPECTION FACILITY. THE DEALER BOARD THEN LATER HAD TOLD ME THAT I WAS
SUPPOSED TO WRITE SOMETHING OUT ON LETTERHEAD STATING OF WHY THE VEHICLE WAS
REJECTED. I HAVE CHECKED WITH 10 STATE INSPECTORS AND 10 OTHER DEALERS AND NO
ONE HAS HEARD OF THIS EVER. VA LAW STATES THAT WE MUST INSPECT OR REJECT EVERY VEHICLE
WE HAVE FOR SALE. WHICH WAS DONE. ALSO I WAS NOT HER SALESPERSON I AM THE
[redacted] OF THE COMPANY. THE SALES PERSON OF RECORD FOR THAT DEAL IS C[redacted] ALSO MISSED HER FIRST THREE APPOINTMENTS WITH US TO HAVE THE
VAN RE INSPECTED. WE DID CLOSE FOR A FEW DAYS IN APRIL WHILE WE SORTED OUT
THINGS WITH THE DEALER BOARD. IN THAT TIME SHE HAD DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFF ONCE
WITHOUT NOTICE AND THE MECHANIC WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO DO THE WORK THAT DAY AND
WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME FIRST. SHE ONLY MADE ONE PAYMENT AND REFUSED TO BRING THE
VEHICLE BACK AFTER GIVEN A DEADLINE TO DO SO. AFTER WEEKS OF NOT BEING ABLE TO
REACH HER THE COMMONWEALTH'S ATTORNEY FELT JUST CAUSE TO FILE A WARRANT FOR HER
ARREST. MY PLANS ARE TO SUE HER FOR THE BALANCE OF THE NOTE AND TO COOPERATE
WITH THE STATE OF VIRGINIA. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY DAY IN COURT AND FEEL VERY
CONFIDENT THAT I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG.
SINCERELY,
Consumer

Regards,
[redacted] knows what he did and didnt do.What his perception of the truth is very different than reality. I look forward to our day in court. I am also pursuing legal matters of my own. I have been contacted by a special agent from dmv and I am cooperating with the motor vehicle board and dmv so hopefully all wrongs will be at least vindicated.Thank you for your help. [redacted]
