Our company will refund the $to Mrs [redacted] The check #***, will be in the mail on Monday, 2-2-15.Below are the comments from our manager:The [redacted] 's patio is several years old and fading and deterioratingJeff gave them a price to power wash and apply polysandWe did the work, They were not satisfied, I had the guys go back and redo the job againThey were still not satisfied I had Randy B [redacted] go back and do it himself (Very experienced with patios)I personally met Mrs [redacted] explained that Their patio was very warn and thattheir patio will never look like new and was lacking maintenance before we started working on it.At this point I would refund all or part of their monies because they will never be satisfied and at this point we probably spent twice that in trying to make their existing patio look good

I would just like to respond to the statement made by Realty Landscaping. Yes, I agree, you did make a very good effort to "fix" the patio, and I want you to know we really do appreciate that. Unfortunately, as you stated, it could not be "fixed". Regardless, the part I have a problem with is that Jeff never told us anything about the patio's age being an issue or that there was any chance the polysand might not take. If I had been told that from the beginning I never would have purchased the product or wasted your time and money. Thank you very much for refunding our money. We really appreciate it.
