I negotiated a purchase price including everything (trade, taxes , transferred of plates, and other fees), which only would be a 29,out of pocket price, with was agreed by all parties involvedonce back in home state of TN found out that Indiana tax was only one paid, when they agreed to also pay TN taxes too, I called financial person and explained and he told me he had no obligation to inform me that agreed upon total price was incorrect, even tho on paperwork the TN taxes was included but at unrealistic rate which made a incorrect total,, ending with me paying more to the state of Tennessee
Their mechanic submitted an estimate to us of roughly for front end work when we took it to them for an alignment We took it to another shop for another opinion and the problem was solved by replacing one missing pin and one bent pin The charge for that and the alignment was $ Very disappointed I sent them and email about it to which they replied by trying to sell me a new truck
