My families experience with this company was very poor. The owner of this establishment was rude & highly unprofessional. After making an appt the owner called us twice thinking we were someone else. They told us they would be at our house between 2-5. Instead they show up around 11 am & leave a handwritten note that they missed us - didnt leave a time or a specific name etc. When we called back to figure out what happened the owner was rude, short, defensive & accusatory. The owner told us hed be out at 8 the next am & to call at 7 to ensure load (which wasnt asked of us the first time. As if him coming at the wrong time & not being able to deliver the load was our fault). So we do - end up waking the guy up after calling several times & the guy then says he can come out next day. After explaining to him this is unprofessional & ppl are missing work over this he rudely says 'well find someone else then'. So we did. We called [redacted] & they came out same day & were done in 15 min. I do NOT recommend marshalls pool & water to anyone.
