Review: My vehicle was towed Sunday night. I contacted Marshall's Towing the following Monday, a normal business day around 3pm to arrange pickup. I was told that normally they are open but that "all the drivers were tired so we're not open to the public today". The person I spoke to also had no idea where my car was being stored. The next day I picked up the car and was forced to pay extra storage fees for Monday, even though I had contacted them and had attempted to arrange pickup.
Also, the listed address of [redacted] does not existDesired Settlement: I feel the price should be adjusted do to the fact the business was not available during normal business hours, yet still charged extra fees.

On the day we released the car our wrecker blew a hydraulic hose and they had to be taken to the flat bed tow truck.I told the lady due to the weather (it was still very deep snow) the drivers were taking calls from their homes. I picked the guys up at the shop to get the rollback and then they could release the car. I never said they were tired,I told her the truck broke down and they needed to get the other truck.

I should not have been charged a day of holding due to the fact that it was beyond my control, not do to negligence. I understand weather conditions and things happen but as a customer it is unfair to charge money for something I was prepared to take care of.

I was charged for one day and should not have been because it was not my negligence that kept me from getting my car. If they could not allow me to get the car that is understandable but I should not have been charged anything but the cost of towing.

Response:
The $75 is for the first 24 hours, she was not charged for a second day. If we had charged for two days the cost would have been $150 and the receipt would state the charge is for 2 days.

I am fully aware I was charged for only one day. I was prepared to pick up my vehicle that day but was denied access. As a customer willing to get my car that same day, I do not think it was right to be charged for something out of my control. I was left with out a vehicle and made to wait the next day. I also had to make arrangements for a ride a second time.
