It is true I had car towedI called them and they may have called me but we did speakI told them the clutch was smoking and not working at all and also I was losing compressionI did agree to have the clutch fixedI was never told anything about flywheelI never talked about clutch before thatI never had problem with compressionExcuse me, I had never talked about flywheel until I was called by [redacted] who called me and told me my car was ready [redacted] told me that they had sanded spots on flywheel and not to put any more money into car and also [redacted] told me that I would have trouble with certain gearsMy complaint is simple (why did they not call me before they started work or stopped the work when they knew that they flywheel probably needed replacement) they know they were in the wrong Regards, [redacted]
